For Abbas Kiarostami, the misbehavior of schoolboys is often a mark of ambition, and some lessons are better learned outside of the classroom. Featuring a juvenile protagonist on a spirited, soccer-oriented quest, this is one of the auteur’s finest films about taking a journey toward a dream.
