Scientist brothers compete to create living beings. One of them becomes maniacally competitive whenhis brother discovers the skeletal remains of a prehistoric man. Accidentally finding that water activates the growth of blood and tissue on the bony frame leads to the creation of the completed man--a monster who ravages and terrifies the countryside.
